SoftDev offers support options ranging from the basic pay as you go through to monthly and annual contracts.

Existing SoftDev clients may continue to log tickets with the helpdesk but the main system has be switched to the New Helpdesk (always available from the main menu button).

Using the New Helpdesk as the primary means of reporting issues or making change requests guarantees the most timely response.

Ninestandards/SoftDev can take control of your machines remotely in order to investigate problems directly from the office in Cumbria.

All you need is a working internet connection. A small piece of software will need to be installed such as 'remote desktop', 'VNC' or the brillianlty simple Fog Creek's 'Co-pilot' (according to your knowledge and expertise).

Remote support is available any time without the need for a pre-existing contract.

You will be advised of any charge estimates during the initial support session.
